(2)All pending matters on the subject governed by these regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with these regulations and all actions taken or permissions, if any granted, in which shooting is in progress or yet to be commenced, shall be deemed to have been granted under these regulations and governed by these regulations.Form 'A'[See Regulation 3]Application seeking permission for film shootingToThe Commissioner,Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan,Jaipur.Sir,I/We intend to shoot film in the State and request that necessary permission as required under section 11 of the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010) and Rajasthan Film Shooting Regulations, 2012 may be granted.
