(2)The following shall form part of, or be paid into, the University Fund"(a)all contributions or grants made, by the State Government, the Central Government and the University Grants Commission(b)all income of the University from any source whatsoever, including income from fees, and charges(c)all income or moneys from trusts, bequests, donations, endowments subventions and other grants(d)any sums borrowed from the University and College Development Finance Corporation, as and when established, and(e)any sums borrowed from the Banks with the permission of the State Government.
