Section 31(i) in The Indian Port Health Rules, 1955
(i)the ship shall be disinsected at the earliest opportunity to ensure destruction of aedes aegypti in all phases of growth and as far as possible before unloading cargo, if unloading is carried out before the destruction of aedes aegypti the personnel employed on this work may, at the discretion of the Health Officer, be subjected to isolation for a period not exceeding six days from the time when they ceased to be exposed to the risk of infection;
