Section 24(1) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
(1)There shall be the following Councils for Undergraduate Studies:-(i)the Council for Undergraduate Studies in Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Fine Arts, Music, Physical Education, Library Science and Teacher Education;(ii)the Council for Undergraduate Studies in Law;(iii)the Council for Undergraduate Studies in Engineering, Technology and Management.
