The petitioner appeared at the High School Examination of the year 2010. It is his contention that he had submitted an application for scrutiny of marks in certain papers but the Board of High School and Intermediate Education which conducted the examination has not declared the result of the scrutiny.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that if the application has been submitted in time after completing the necessary formalities, the result of the scrutiny shall be declared expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner submits a certified copy of this order along with an application containing the details of the scrutiny application form submitted by him in the subjects/papers within a period of two weeks from today before the Secretary of the Board and the scrutiny application is found to be in order, the Board shall declare the result of the scrutiny within a period of one month from the date of filing of the application.
