3. Registration with Authority.
(1)The Authority shall grant a certificate of registration under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Act to a person with respect to a warehouse, if, -(a)a person has submitted an application under rule 4; and(b)the Authority is satisfied that the person has fulfilled the requirements as specified in these rules.(2)A person having its warehouse registered as a warehouseman may make an application for registration of more warehouses.
