Section 30(2)(b) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(b)[ a member nominated under clause (xii) or (xiii) of sub-section (1) shall cease to be a member of the Executive Council as soon as he ceases to be member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly or, as the case may be, the Maharashtra Legislative Council.] [[Clause (b) was substituted by Maharashtra 27 of 2005, Section 6(b), (w.e.f. 29.5.2005).
