17. LLP Liquidator to submit report on progress of winding up.
- The LLP Liquidator shall report quarterly (quarters ending on 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December) on the progress of winding up of the LLP in Form No. 8 to the partners or creditors, as the case may be, which shall be made before the end of the following quarter.
