30. Urgent temporary appointment.
- A vacancy in the service which cannot be filled in immediately under these rules, may be filled in by the Authority, with the permission of the State Government, by appointing in an officiating capacity thereto a person eligible for appointment to the post by appointing temporarily thereof a person eligible for direct recruitment to the post:Provided that such appointment shall not be continued beyond a period of one year.
