39. Reservation of control in respect of power delegated.
- The exercise or discharge by any municipal officer of any powers, duties or functions delegate to him under Section 37 shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions, if any, as may be laid down by the Commissioner and shall also be subject to his control and revision.
