(5)Where any proposals for development of any land are approved by the State Government under section 115, the provisions of the proposals approved by the State Government shall be final, and shall prevail, and be deemed to be in force, in such notified area; and to that extent the provisions of any such plan or scheme applicable to and in force in the notified area or any part thereof shall stand modified by the proposals approved by the State Government.] [This proviso was substituted by Maharashtra 5 of 2014, Section 8(a), (w.e.f. 4-10-2013).]
