12. Ballot Papers.-
(1)Every presiding officer shall be supplied with a sufficient number of ballot papers specially prepared for the election by the Election Commission.(2)The names of the candidates shall be printed on the ballot paper in the same order as in the list of valid nominations published under rule 8.
