Section 61(f) in The Board of Secondary Education (Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, 1965
(f)that it shall make suitable arrangement for the health and recreation of its pupils, which will include-(i)proper sanitary arrangement;(ii)medical inspection of its pupils at least once year; and(iii)physical education;
