Learned Counsel representing Fespondent Nos.2 to § has submitted written instructions, wherein itis stated that in pursuance of the withdrawal of the NCC vide proceedings dated NCC(APSTW{82/Q/PRC 23.07 2034 of the petitioner institution, none of the candidates were given any kind of training in this particular year, as such opposed for permitting the petitioner to appear for 'B' and 'C certificates examination schedule fo be held on 23.02.2025 and 16. o2. 2025, in view of the fact thal the withdrawal! proceedings bearing No.NCC (AP & T)M62/GPRC dated 23.07.2024 were suspended vide order dated TS.12.2024 passed in LA.No.O) of 2024, this Court feels # appropriate te direct the respondents to permit the NCC Cadets in the petitioner colisae to appear for 'EP and 'C' ceriificates examination scheduled to be held o Qn a3. 02.2025 and 16.02.2025, However, the same shall be subject to the result of the writ petition.
