KUMARI RAMYA HARIDAS (ALATHUR): Respected Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member Shri T.N. Prathapan raised the issue in this House. I would like to draw your attention to a serious matter. It is important. Three persons’ blood samples tested positive for coronavirus at Alappuza, Thrissur and Kasaragod, and about 2,000 persons are in observation. The Kerala Government has taken positive and corrective measures to eliminate and prevent this dreadful disease. Government has opened isolation wards and other facilities in medical colleges, district hospitals, and taluk hospitals, including private hospitals. Kerala must be more vigilant and needs expert and financial aid from the Central Government. I request the Central Government to announce a special package for Kerala Government and send a full-fledged medical team to Kerala.
