(2)Any rearer who contravenes the provisions of [section 6 or clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7] [Substituted by Act 29 of 1969 w.e.f. 22.12.1969.], shall be punishable with fine which may extend to [one thousand rupees] [Substituted by Act 30 of 1994 w.e.f. 3.10.1994.].
