Section 83(2) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(2)If in any financial year the sums due to the Trust under this section aggergate less than one lakh of rupees, [the Corporation] [Substituted by M.P. Act XIV of 1952, section 19.] shall pay to the Trust from [the Corporation] [Substituted by M.P. Act XIV of 1952, section 19.] fund such further sum as may be required to make up the said sum of one lakh of rupees.
