Section 14(2)(b) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(b)The Syndicate and the Academic Council shall report to the Chancellor such action, if any, as they have taken or may propose to take upon the results of such inspection or inquiry, and such report shall be submitted within such time as the Chancellor may direct through the Senate which may express its opinion thereon.
