Section 27C(1) in Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the lime being in force or in any judgement, decree or order of any Court, Tribunal or any other Authority, wherever a part of a survey number or subdivision is permitted to be converted under Sections 8, 9,10 or 27Aof this Act, a new subdivision shall be created for the extent for which such orders for conversion are issued.
