(3)In the case of issues in bond to contract bonded warehouses an advice in Form P.D. - 26 will also be sent with Form P.D. - 25, and will be retained at the bonded warehouse until the necessary certificate on the back thereof has been obtained. The date of its return to the distillery should be noted in column 17 of Form P.D. - 11.
