Section 78(2) in The Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982
(2)For the purposes of this section, Section 27 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899), as amended from time to time, shall be construed as if it specifically required the particulars referred to therein to be set forth separately in respect of -(a)property situated in municipal areas ; and(b)property situated outside the municipal areas.
