Section 137(3) in West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979

(3)Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (2), the provisions of the West Bengal Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1972 (West Bengal Act No. 10 of 1972), if in conflict with the provision of this Act, shall prevail.
