Section 95 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
95. First meeting of the Corporation general election. -
The first meeting of the Corporation after a general election shall be held as early as possible after the publication of the results [thereof] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 36 of 1994.] and shall be convened by the Municipal Secretary.
