Section 5(1) in Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Special Licence for more than One Market Areas) Rules, 2007
(1)Every person specified in Section 31 of the Act who wishes to operate in more than one market areas shall apply in the prescribed Form 1 to the notified authority/officer under rule 3 for licence. Application Form will be provided by store section of the Board (Head Quarter) on payment of prescribed fee.
