Section 7(1) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The Board shall hold its sittings in the premises of an observation home or, at a place in proximity to the observation home or, at suitable premises in any institution being run under the Act, and in no circumstances the Board shall operate from any court premises.
