Section 81(a) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(a)Every affidavit shall be drawn up in the first person and shall state the full name, age, occupation and the place of abode of the deponent. It shall be signed by the deponent and sworn to in the manner prescribed by the Code or by the rules and practice of the Court of the State where affirmed.
