444. Exemption from Assam Urban Areas Rent Control Act, 1951.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Assam Urban Areas Rent Control Act, 1951 the provision of the said Act shall not apply to any land or building or any property belonging to or vesting in the Corporation.
