(7)(a)A casual vacancy in the office of a member referred to in clause (i) of sub-section (2) shall be filled by fresh nomination.(b)The person nominated to fill a casual vacancy under clause (a) shall hold office only for the remainder of the term for which the Member whose place he takes was nominated.
