Section 115(1) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016
(1)Subject to the provision of sub-section (2), the Authority may by resolution direct that any power exercisable by it under the Act or rules or regulations made thereunder may also be exercised by the Executive Committee or any Authority or the Metropolitan Commissioner/Vice-Chairperson or Local Authority or officer of the Government or any other body, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
