Section 3(1) in The National Tiger Conservation Authority (Annual Report and Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2007
(1)The Member-Secretary, or any other officer of the Tiger Conservation Authority duly authorised by the Member Secretary in this behalf, shall prepare, the annual report, containing the details given in Form-A, referred to in section 38S of the Act on or before the 31st day of July following the financial year to which that report relate;
