Section 240(a) in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
(a)charge such stallage rent or fee as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Corporation in this behalf for the occupation use of any stall, shop stand, shed, pen or space in a municipal market or municipal slaughter-house;
