3. Establishment of the Commission.—(1) With effect from such date as the Central Government
may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established a Commission by the nameof the Delhi Urban Art Commission.(2)The Commission shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal withpower to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract and shall by the said name sue or be sued.
