Section 32(1) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(1)Ordinances shall be made by the Syndicate:Provided that no Ordinance concerning the matters referred to in clause (i) to (iv) of section 31 of any other examinations within the University shall be made unless a draft of the same has been proposed by the Academic Council.
