Section 17(17) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Wheeling and Retail Sale of Electricity) Regulation, 2005
17.2For each year of the Control Period, depreciation shall be calculated on the amount of Original Cost of the Fixed Assets included in the RRB at the beginning of each year of the Control Period:Provided that depreciation on assets funded by consumer /user contributions or through any capital subsidy/grant etc shall not be allowed in the revenue requirement of the Distribution Licensee.
