Section 7(2) in The Bihar School Examination Board Act, 1952
(2)Every committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall consist of-(a)one person to be nominated by the Patna University;(b)one person to be nominated by the University of Bihar;(c)two persons to be nominated by the Bihar Board of Secondary Education; and(d)one person to be nominated by the State Government.
