(4)The Registrar, under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor, shall give not less than two weeks' notice of the date of an ordinary meeting and not less than one week's notice for a special meeting. However, in case of urgency, the Vice-Chancellor may convene an extraordinary meeting at a shorter notice.
