Section 2 in The Poisons (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1960
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless he context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Poisons Act, 1919 (No. 12 of 1919);(b)"Form" means a form set forth in the Second Schedule to these rules;(c)"Poisons" means the poisons specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
