Section 12(4) in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958
(4)The State Government may refer to the Committee any matter relating to the establishment of an industry in the State or to (he grant of State Aid under this Act to any industry and it shall be the duly of the Committee to examine the matter referred to it and to advise the State Government on it.
