3. [ Pensioner Member entitled to travel on passes. [Rule 3 substituted by Notification G.S.R.57, dated 16.9.1998, Published in Rajasthan Rajpatra (Extraordinary), part IV(ga), dated 18.9.1998, page 171 (1)]
- Subject to the provisions of these rules, every pensioner member shall be provided by the Secretary, with one free non-transferrable pass up to the age of 65 year in the form given in Appendix-A and two free non-transferrable passes after the age of 65 year in the form given in Appendix-AA which shall entitled him and any other person accompanying him to travel at any time free of charge by the service Buses of the State Roadways and on any route on which the State Roadways operate.]
