Section 2(10)(h) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992

(h)"Residential building" refers to any building in which sleeping accommodation is provided for normal residential purposes with or without cooking or dining or both facilities and includes one or two or multi-family dwelling dormitories, apartment houses, flats, and hostels.
