The quantum of grant to be paid shall be determined by Government on the merit of each case. Every order sanctioning the grant shall specify clearly the object for which it is given, the nature of the grant, the financial year for which the grant is payable, the date by which the grant should be utilised, the date of submission of the utilisation certificate to the Director/ Collectors and such conditions as may be decided.
