Section 85(4) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(4)If any difference of opinion arises between bodies having joined or entered into an agreement for any purpose under this section, the decision thereupon of the State Government or of such officer as it may designate in this behalf shall be final:Provided that, if one of the bodies concerned is a cantonment authority any such decision shall be subject to the concurrence of the Central Government.
