37. Savings.
- Until such time as the Board makes Rules & Regulations under the appropriate provisions of this Act, any Rules & Regulations prevailing in the Bihar School Examination Board which were in force, shall continue to be in force so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
