Section 40(ii) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(ii)to prescribe courses of study and curricula for general instruction or special or refresher courses in institutions affiliated to the Board in such branches of the Medical Science of Homoeopathy as the Board may think fit;
