Section 1A in The Cotton Textiles (Control of Movement) Order, 1948
1A.
All Notifications, Orders, and general permits issued under this Order which immediately before the 21st October, 1950 were in force in certain parts of India are hereby extended to and shall be in force in the rest of India except the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
