(3)The recognition to a Specialized Adoption Agency shall be renewed by the State Government before the expiry of existing recognition, for a period of five years, if the Specialized Adoption Agency is found fulfilling the eligibility factors specified in sub-regulation (1) and furnishing the documents and information specified in sub regulation (2), and on the basis of inspection conducted for the purpose.
