Section 2(c) in Bihar Consumer Protection (appointment, salary, allowances and conditions of service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Forum) Rules, 2019
(c)'Member' means a Member of the District Forum appointed under sub-section (1) (b) of Section 10 of the Act; or a Member of the State Commission appointed under sub-section (1) (b) of Section 16 of the Act, as the case may be;
