Section 9 in The Parel Investments and Trading Private Limited and Domestic Gas Private Limited (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1979
9. Exclusion of period of operation of Act:
In computing the period oflimitation prescribed by law for the time being in force for any suit orapplication against any person by either of the two companies in respect of anymatter arising out of any transaction in relation to the undertaking of suchcompany, the time during which this Act is in force shall be excluded.
