Section 534E(1)(c) in Orissa Municipal Rules, 1953

(c)for a site exceeding 300 sq. yards but not exceeding 500 sq. yards in area-

(i)for detached building, 15 feet from the side boundary on both sides of the building;

(ii)for semi-detached building, 8 feet from the side boundary of the site on the side opposite the party wall;
