Section 2(ra) in Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969
(ra)[ "State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank" means an apex society having only Primary Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Banks as its members and functioning in accordance with the provisions contained in the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Banks Act, 1984 (20 of 1984); [Inserted by Kerala Act No. 1 of 2000.]
